  hi.. somethings seem weird.. for example - wages of sin is death - so if you sin you die, and if you die you have paid for that sin completely, so you have no more sin.

  .

  now what if everyone in the world was killed - by a nuclear domino effect - in theory we have saved everyone .... any ideas?.

  Christ shed blood purchased us and we become baptised into his name and become his without being baptised into him we cannot gain salvation as we cannot make use of the sacrifice.

  The baptism of Noah as mentioned by Peter was life saving and so was the baptism out of Eygpt. So is the Christian baptism.

  In the covenant made with Moses as the mediator the people had the baptism first otherwise they were not included in the covenant and remained in Eygpt.

  Christ is the propitiation. When we talk of good people, it is talking of works, and only Christ can save you. The acquittal is by our baptism.

  until 6 months ago, i had faith in jehovah, jesus and the bible.

  i was not a jw ( i had been dfd 15 years ago) but i was planning on going back.

  i questioned some basic beliefs on the wts and discovered i had been lied to for over 35 years.

  How old was God when he made the earth?

  in all, i enjoy numbers and math.

  as such i can see problems from a mathmatical basis where they exist.. this thought came to me last night.. 1 in the beginning god created the heavens and the earth.. 2 now the earth was formless and empty, darkness was over the surface of the deep, and the spirit of god was hovering over the waters.. 3 and god said, "let there be light," and there was light.

  4 god saw that the light was good, and he separated the light from the darkness.

  Memorial Question

  as some of you may know, i've started my own blog (jehovahswitnessblog.com) that discusses the goings on within jwland.

  i want to write an article in relation to the memorial.. my question is;.

  where in the bible does it state that only the annointed have to partake of the emblems?
